I'm currently waiting 25 days. This is normal in casinos from this owner. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Despite everything, they have paid out so far. We'll see how it goes this time.

However, in the end the most important thing is that you got the money, at what price you can decide for yourself.

I was discussing with my colleagues that sometimes such a situation can occur with crypto payments. So does it mean that money was withdrawn from your wallet but nothing came to the casino? Did you enter everything correctly as you were supposed to? Sometimes this can be a problem and I know that this has been dealt with before and the player had to make a deposit as well. 

However, what happens after that I am not sure and therefore I don't want to say too much about what you should or should not do in this case. 

I might think about filing a complaint. 

What do you think?

If you made a deposit and the only thing the casino told you is that you have to do it again, then I would really file a complaint. It's not exactly normal and common I would say and that's why our team would look into it and try to assist in this situation. 

That would probably be the best thing you could do for now.

This is a very good casino. Withdrawals are processed within an hour, and verification is almost instant.


However, casino.guru should update their information because this casino has closed all Swedish accounts and no longer accepts Swedish players.


For everyone else, it’s definitely worth playing here if you want high withdrawal limits and fast verification.


There’s really no point in choosing casinos that restrict you to 500–700 euros per week in withdrawals while allowing unlimited deposits.

Yes, I used to play there. Really good casino, high withdrawal limits, no silly excuses not to pay, etc. I think it might have something to do with the Swedish Gambling Authority banning them. This is just speculation though – it would have been nice if the casino had explained it.
