This is only what I have to do. Open your app and see if anything needs to be verified and follow the instructions You may not need a facebiometric reading just your passport. Either go on you tube or Google scanning biometric passport for verification and it will show you. It's simple once you know how to do it.

I had the sam problem you have to go through a second KYC check!! I couldn't understand it either but once it's done once that's it. I think it's because you hit a certain deposit/withdrawal criteria.

I don't speak Spanish but I think it is the same problem I had. You have to use the app see where you need to verify and follow the process it because you have reached a deposit/withdrawal limit set by mifinity and now you have to go through KYC check before you can withdraw your money. It won't be processed over the weekend so you've got time to go through your app and see what needs doing it's not that difficult if I did it 😂

I explained when you first open your account you have to verify ID proof of address and bank account and cards.
When you have deposited or withdrawn a certain amount of money you have to go through KYC again the same way as the first time using the app. Once you have completed the KYC you are then free to deposit and withdraw at will.

Σας έχουν ήδη πει: ολοκληρώνετε μια επαλήθευση όταν εγγραφείτε και μπορεί να απαιτήσουν νέες επαληθεύσεις αργότερα (όπως είναι η περίπτωσή σας), απλώς συνεργαστείτε και στείλτε τα έγγραφα που ζητούν. Δεν έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ποτέ το mifinity αλλά αν χρησιμοποιώ παρόμοια πορτοφόλια (skrill), απλά πρέπει να ολοκληρώσεις την επαλήθευση και τέλος.

Ακόμα δεν με αφήνουν να βγάλω τα λεφτά, θα σου εξηγήσω καλά την κατάστασή μου, κοίτα, ζήτησαν τα εξής δικαιολογητικά... Ταυτότητα, αποδεικτικό τραπεζικού λογαριασμού κτλ. Οπότε όλα τα έγγραφα είναι Ισπανικά, αλλά είμαι από τη Βραζιλία, οπότε ζω στην Ισπανία εδώ και πολλά χρόνια. Στην πραγματικότητα, έχω ισπανική υπηκοότητα και στην Ισπανία είμαι αυτοαπασχολούμενος, εννοώ ότι έχω μια μικρή επιχείρηση, οπότε μερικές φορές δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί απορρίπτουν την τεκμηρίωσή μου, αλλά hey, θα συνεχίσω να προσπαθώ, σας ευχαριστώ για όλα 😊
