I've talk to over 50 people and no matter what, you're able to open an account, but everytime you go to cashotu you will get a message from live chat saying you did not pass their security filters and your account will be closed and remain closed. They won't respond to emails and they have no phone support. This is flatout disgusting behavior. Anyone that works for them should be ashamed of themselves. Stealing hardworking, honest peoples money.

Hello,

if I may, this chat perfectly shows what to expect from unregulated or loosely regulated online casinos:

Their claim about licensing ("licensed by Gaming Regulators in all of the countries in which it operates") sounds fancy but is basically meaningless. The US doesn’t have a unified gambling license, so either they operate in a legal gray area or rely on some offshore license (Curacao, Antigua, etc.) without being upfront about it.... Right? 🙂

The support team looks confused and unprepared. First they flag and block the account, then say it was a mistake, and finally can’t even find the account by email.

The combo of stalling and disconnecting chats is a classic sign they don’t want to address questions or simply have no clear answers.

Bottom line:

The casino likely doesn’t want to openly disclose under which license they actually operate.

By the way, our current info in the system is GCB Curacao, but it is unverifiable.

For a US player, this means zero legal protection if things go wrong.

This chat transcript does more damage to the casino’s reputation than any negative review; it clearly shows their communication is chaotic and untrustworthy. No wonder the user feedback is marked as "bad."

If I may say, 38 players says a lot about a site. Not only the site itself but the people that would believe that Juicystakes wasn't lying and didn't steal that money. Everygame was supposed to be the good site aka intertops but the owner from juicystakes took over that and have stolen everyone's money that deposited on there. Great job on the complaints on here. LOL

I understand your frustration with JuicyStakes. Having your account closed without explanation is never easy. However, the only complaint we have from you (or what appears to be your original casino account) is over a year old, regarding that very closure. Since only one account per player is allowed, and your account was closed, you understandably lost the official channel to communicate with the casino. Is that so?

Continuing to raise the same issue under a different account unfortunately doesn’t help resolve anything, it only creates confusion and noise.

Regarding your point about "38 players," traffic numbers alone don’t tell the full story. Even less trustworthy casinos can generate significant traffic using aggressive and misleading tactics.

Well, I'm not sure I follow you; the only post I found in the complaint thread was this:

"Apparently, they close accounts anytime they want without any explanation"

I gave POA and got no answers. I didn't breach any terms and conditions. This was literally the only account I've ever had n the internet. Hence why I would be upset that this forum sided with the obvious scammers of Juicystakes.eu. I could show you anything you wanted hence why I would be frustrated and trying to warned people about playing on there. You cannot do anything to them since it's a rouge casino and has no player protection. Deposit on there and try to withdraw and see what happens? That's the easiest way to see who's right or wrong. I bet you get the same response as me.

Allegedly broke the rules. At no point did I have another account with any poker site. You guys wouldn't show me any proof that they had for evidence of breaking the terms and conditions. As you can see, with the chats and how they act, it's apparent they lied. I'm asking you to deposit there and see if you get a withdrawal. That way you can verify my claim or not. I know I'm not getting paid since it's a rogue casino. I should've done my research beforehand, but I don't appreciate saying I broke the rules when I didn't. Literally no evidence ever shown or provided to me even gave the complaint process the POA and got a casino reply. Hence, why would I be upset with the complaint process here and you in general? Either back up your talk and make a deposit there and try to withdraw and see If you pass the security filters otherwise be quiet. I actually help people to warn them from playing on there since I need to share my story so it doesn't happen to them. Unlike you, I'm not a condescending person that uses the words hence or ( ) to be a prick. Thanks though and prove me wrong.

If your intention is to warn others, please focus on current, verifiable experiences. We cannot make deposits or test other casinos on your behalf.

You proved my point. All bark no bite. There's not a limitations on being scumbags. You have verified they don't have a license nor do they payout. You would be depositing and withdrawing not just for me but for present verifiable experiences for everyone on casino guru.
