On the statements, Floxybeaty shows up under Czech Republic, Prague, but on the website I don’t see any branch in the Czech Republic.

ive threatened taking it further to the CNB and nothing. Any advice? How did you make a complaint on the CNB website? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. They have around £2300 of my money. Also, who is the regulator you copied in?

I strongly believe that the merchant behind Floxy Health/Beauty isnt Floxypay but rather: www.floxydy.com.
Their website is a carbon copy of businsses like Core Active LTD. I have emailed them twice and never got a response so your best bet with Floxy is to do a chargeback which they will likely not contest.

Thank you for this information-it matches exactly what I have managed to confirm myself. I ran a small test/trick and they indirectly admitted it. So yes, you are 100% right-it’s them.

Have you personally dealt with floxydy.com? Have you written to them? At first glance, they look like a legitimate store with shipping to many European countries. I have written to them, so we’ll see.

I've emailed them twice as stated above. Ended up doing a chargeback with my credit card metchant which they are yet to contest. Most of these stores are or at least seem legitmiate but they are absolutely not. Its strange how copy and paste they all are as well.
Good luck with them if you try but i wouldn't hold my breath.
