With Revolut it is impossible even I could not get mine raised for £6000 so it is with the FOS now some here have said they managed to do it though

I did all that as well they just ignore it they work with the dodgy gits ! Crypto has won his with the FOS I believe they totally botched my complaints as well

I'm currently compiling the biggest case against Santeda that I can. What did the payments appear as on your statement? Were they debit/credit card payments with Falcora Finance on them? Were they successfully chargedback because of MCC miscoding?

Not anything like that bud all different types all debit card payments done as incorrect mcc Falcora finance are a ttp(third party processor) they have bridged the payment between the site and the merchant as they are a UK company and that will show on your payments the others I had were payop the bank could not do anything about these

Yes, won two cases now against Revolut. Both were a failure to chargeback as Goods and Services not received despite receiving the evidence. They still haven't done anything and haven't paid any money back but it's in the works - Mastercard also took ownership of the situation. Interestingly Quickbit were the ultimate owners of 3 of the payments - so don't know what will happen with them. They have already been struck off in numerous countries.

Forgot to mention - Payop were struck off in the UK in September 2021. If they took anything after that from you then you may have a case - need to report to FCA, not FOS.

Ok interesting ! but I have always found the FCA to be totally useless ! It is £8000 do you know if anyone had any luck

You need to go on and report the company. They were still taking payments from a UK entity even though their business was closed here. Following that you would just need to try and deal with Payop. Not saying it would be easy but that's the situation.

Ok was going to say how do you force Revolut to pay as I can see the same happening to me.
For one of my current cases the merchant are refunding me from their own money and going after the UK ttp for the money as they bridged the payment from the casino site to the crypto platform plus they are conducting an internal investigation to prevent it happening again so thats nice stuff !

Yes I see what you mean I was going to do it a while back but gave up after reading some posts on here its deffo worth a pop though
