does anyone know the Mastercard rules for wrong MCC/transaction laundering so I can give this to my bank!

I posted them several pages back. Basically gambling MUST have a specific code - 7995 on Mastercard. If it doesn't then it's incorrect/disguised and is therefore against Mastercards rules and T&C's - Mastercard confirmed that.

I was lucky to get refunded directly from Elegro and wintermads early in this process.
However I could never work out from these:MEDYOEU
BITSENT EU AB
FOMLINE UAB
GORWIRE SP.Z.O.O
SMPAYPF*THE (or HIG/THE/THEPLATINIUM/HIGHROLLERWIN"
Anyone got refund from them?
Also months ago, probably coming up to nearly 9 months my bank rejected my chargebacks saying it was fraudulent to raise. I just left it at that, however reading all the success stories now, should I make a formal complaint and ask them to charge it back now? It's obviously gone over the 120 days but I initially raised them within the timeframe..but don't want to get into any trouble..

Hi I bought a number of duelbits gift card with kinguin. I'm on gamstop in uk but got around it by buying gift cards. I have now stopped but is it possible yo charge back the money I spent? I'm with monzo and mastercard debit card

I got it all back £3000 but with paypal chargebacks after about 10 days wait no reply from the merchant full refund for about 13 transactions

100%. Anything related to gambling must be coded as gambling. Kinguin are absolute scumbags and will lie if you try and charge something back. Be careful but be clear on the evidence and you might be able to get it.

Goriwire and Bitsent will say they don't know anything about the transactions and you won't get anywhere. I emailed the owner - no response.

Να είστε ειλικρινείς ότι οι συναλλαγές ήταν συναλλαγές τζόγου και επίσης αναφέρετε τους κανόνες της Mastercard/Visa για το MCC και πείτε ότι αυτά τα καταστήματα προσπαθούν να κρύψουν πού πάνε τα χρήματα και ότι η Revolut αρνείται να με βοηθήσει.

Just told them what happened it was years ago but paypal is easy to do chargebacks you raise them yourself

It's tempting but then they've gone from a £180 goodwill offer to this without further prompting. I'm torn whether to accept it or chance the chargebacks. Something has certainly happened for them to offer that me thinks.

But isn't this what applies in the Middle East/Africa region? Is it the same for UK/Europe?
I'm wondering if there's any value in quoting the following...

• Mastercard Gaming and Gambling Payments Program Standards
