Any non bot had anything to do with XPATE, contact/proof of merchant being linked/refunds?. Found out the BIN 402569 is latvian and they have a latvian sister entity so I’ve sent them another email.

Anyone had any luck with Betportal? Currently waiting for their compliance team to get back to me regarding refunding deposits… probably going to decline but thought it was worth going down their throats with emails - they have eventually replied saying they are looking into it after a month

Hello mate, they are an Fca regulated firm. They’re also not allowed to take on new business if you look at their Fca page (I don’t know the full ins and outs of it or what it exactly means - but doesn’t sound great).

They have to give you your article 15 (they don’t have to tell you everything they hold on you I believe) but they have to provide you information. Use what I sent to xxboi earlier in your email if you need to or ask AI to look through their details to help draft you something

report them to the ico if they don’t. I’ve done the same with Xpate and I’ll be doing the same with Cardaq shortly.

I’m still chasing to get my account balance back but feel like giving up. Also don’t waste time leaving a Trustpilot review they ask you to contact them to discuss then close all chats
