Yes, [email protected] and include [email protected] and banking circle. Dealing with Clear Bank and Noda separately but keep copying them both into eachothers comms. I've gone back and forth with Noda, who have requested info/ verification etc. But clearbank just emailed asking for Falcora's SC and AN as well as transaction IDs. I don't want to speak too soon but given that fact that Noda are winding down operations it's not in their interest to continue to act illegally. All payments after 7th Oct 2024 fall under 'PSR APP fraud reimbursement rules' FYI, hoping yours weren't before then otherwise it'll likely be tricky.
Update - Clearbank are the overarching bank (nucleus365) are their client and clearbank have told me that they've rebranded as https://kalpixpay.com/. The way the money is moving is - You → Noda (payment initiator) → Falcora Finance (merchant name) → Nucleus365/KalpixPay account → held at ClearBank
