That's interesting, I don't have either of those but hopefully manage to get refunded. Only have a few hundred quid with Mixcrede but it's more a matter of principle, also if I get a few hundred back from all 58 merchants it defo adds up lol.

Betninja, Cazeus and Allyspin have the SAME decriptor named as "fitninja" Does anyone have any info? Seems like every casino uses it, and when I search on google it doesnt show anything only one czech site fitninja.cz but that site has nothing to do with it, its legit site...

How many days after you submitted the DSAR? They confirmed to receive the DSAR, but didn't send anything yet

Yes just replied to lizzie to say the same dont let that wprry you , and stay on thrm after 1 discriptor is refunded thats what i did , i also know there behind my 3 main ones buy there now ignoring me

Yes, [email protected] and include [email protected] and banking circle. Dealing with Clear Bank and Noda separately but keep copying them both into eachothers comms. I've gone back and forth with Noda, who have requested info/ verification etc. But clearbank just emailed asking for Falcora's SC and AN as well as transaction IDs. I don't want to speak too soon but given that fact that Noda are winding down operations it's not in their interest to continue to act illegally. All payments after 7th Oct 2024 fall under 'PSR APP fraud reimbursement rules' FYI, hoping yours weren't before then otherwise it'll likely be tricky.
Update - Clearbank are the overarching bank (nucleus365) are their client and clearbank have told me that they've rebranded as https://kalpixpay.com/. The way the money is moving is - You → Noda (payment initiator) → Falcora Finance (merchant name) → Nucleus365/KalpixPay account → held at ClearBank
