What I would suggest is contacting the support team of each NovaForge casino you have used and asking for information about self-exclusion across the brands. They should be able to explain what is possible and help you set restrictions on your accounts.
I'm sorry to say this, but when it comes to larger groups of casinos with offshore licenses, there is usually no other way.
Some casinos may have stated in the rules that as part of the group, self-exclusion can be made within the concrete group (names should be specified at least by the support—save any email or screenshot of that arrangement), but it always depends on what is actually stated in each casino's terms.
For example, I would not dare to say that current offshore licenses allow players to self-exclude on the license provider level. I'm not certain how reliable such action would be.
