Not surprised, Have posted a few months ago that it is unlikely that your way will work. The trick is to play along with the false merchant code by claiming that you never received something from that merchant. Just by sending an mail to the 'merchant' claiming you want a full refund for no goods received is enough to start a chargeback with most banks in The Netherlands and from that point on 9/10 cases the merchant wont fight or respond the claim. They know the risk of getting exposed and losing their agreement with MasterCard/Visa is not worth it.


Many illegal casino's count on chargebacks and as long as that percentage is low its calculated risk in their business.

Goldveils are on my statements too. I just went through bank directly and did a chargeback I think Tuesday, do they challenge these disputes? I haven't emailed them or anything. I didn't realise they were nikotpf.

What can help with chargebacks with banks is this


go onto casino live chat and as if they are licenced in uk - most likely they will say yes, screenshot this


email uk gambling comission asking if they are licenced they will reply saying no


send this to the bank, this is misrepresentation which is a valid chargebackfile reason, ukgc take a while to reply but they will , and with it being an official goverment regulator the banks will take this more seriously than you just saying they are unlicenced


the casino can argue you recieved the service, you argue that yea you recieved a service, but not the one you thought or were told you were getting, that being a fully licenced regulated casino


this combined with all of the lther stuff wrong mcc coding etc

You said solar bee refunded you how long did it take? did they give you a timeframe? they said they have successfully refunded me 26th February, they sent no proof, so I hounded them and they sent three separate transactions of "proof" but I have still not received the money

what did you raise the dispute as for gold veils? good and services not received? that's what I did, the bank gave me a temporary refund, do you think they will challenge it?

They told me 26th February they have refunded me. I hounded them for a week. Got a response today with screenshots of apparent "refunds" didn't look legit. They then said they processed on 23rd not 26th. So I should have had my money by now but nothing. Asked for ARN number so bank can trace but that was ignored. I am doubtful I will receive a refund however will dispute with bank as refund not received if not, as have 2 emails confirming they have refunded.
