So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I have written to merchants and Niko separately asking for copy of receipts and proof of any purchases sent. I have provided transaction dates and amounts and the first 6 and last 4 card digits. They haven’t even questioned it to be honest. If you have tried and they have refused. Try again with a different email address.

Just a silent refund for some of Mlsys, and img vibes for one of my cards have been accepted (for that I had a dispute raised with a bank)

Okay I send them a email yesterday and all of a sudden I couldnt deposit at the casino anymore with my CC. So I send them another mail I knew it was them and today my casino account got blocked so that makes me think im in the right direction but didnt got any refund yet tho 🤣
