Incunion transactions were not refunded by Cardaq, they were refunded by the casino and it was confirmed now. I hope this clarifies things

I’ve found this post to be very helpful however, I’m trying to find information regarding these merchants in particular and wondering if they refund, I cannot seem to find contact details for most of these merchants:

I have managed to find contact details for the following:

Sonect - [email protected] / [email protected] (Not sure if these are correct, can someone please verify)

GGSLTD - [email protected]

Toneo First - [email protected]

GAMESSKINS - [email protected]

AIMSKINZ - [email protected] (they seem to have changed their operating name, however their details match up on companies house, also, in their support page they refer to themselves as AIMSKINS)

if I have the wrong contact emails fot any merchant, I would appreciate the correct ones if anyone has them.

wondering if anyone has had encounters with these companies and whether or not they refund?

@Romi @Admin …Can I open a formal complaint against a crypto casino that allowed my 17-year-old son to create an account using only an email address, without providing his full name, date of birth, or completing any KYC or age verification?


The casino allowed him to purchase cryptocurrency using my credit card, deposit funds, and withdraw more than €1,000 without verifying his identity or age.


I have contacted the casino and requested a refund of the losses, but they have ignored my request.


Please let me know if I am eligible to submit a complaint and what steps I should follow.

Hello, you may always submit a complaint regarding any issue.

I understand this is a very distressing situation, and I'm sorry you have to go through it, but if the person pretends to be an adult and uses someone else's card on his own with the idea of pretending to be someone else, based on the last few cases I witnessed, we could not help much.

Sadly, based on what you say, this looks like normal crypto/anonymous casinos—this is basically the greatest disadvantage of such casinos in the first place. I'm truly sorry to say that, but those casinos are known for the anonymity they offer their users. Especially unlicensed crypto casinos offer quick registration based only on email. If the casino, however, states in the rules that underage gaming is prohibited, which it always is, and that only personal payment options are allowed, it means that the rules were broken right after creating the account. Most casinos usually verify accounts before withdrawals, not after deposits, because the account holder is required to follow the rules.

Feel free to try, please, but we can't promise a solution here. I'm sorry.

Generally speaking, I would suggest contacting your bank and reporting the misused card. Perhaps the bank can at least help you get the deposit.

Don’t bother yourself with toneo they won’t refund you, but try with bd multimedia which own toneo.I got refunded but it was the hardest refund I had.Since I am French they took my complaint seriously but for a foreign…

Why do you think it won’t work?

-Surely the bank chargeback will have some sort of substance behind it as I haven’t directly been involved with the merchant "Toneo First" and I haven’t bought their products/service which is pre paid cards?
