Hmm could be then, worth a try emailing them, are they just a payment processor for these merchants, just trying to think how i would word an email to them?

They now asked for selfie with my bank card. Transaction details and merchant ID ( I already sent the transactions ) they also said they want details on the third partys including where i was making the payments. They said if I cant give these the case will be closed.

They have asked me the same and then no answer at all.

When I emailed they said they’re the gateway and so not involved…. But Spoynt replied in kind of an angry way making me think they’re definitely involved

They did ask me for selfie too but I refused saying it’s been done as part of KYC, nothing since (that was Thursday)

Would a payment processor have any obligation to reverse any of these payments though?

On one casino when i go to oay on apple pay it comes up with a link at the top which is reafter.com would this be the payment processor?file

Reafter.com try enter that again on your browser and you’ll see quickly it changes it to faster payment solutions - but it’s all via Spoynt

Hi guys emailed cardaq. Sent the info required, recieved a follow up email this morning asking for clear photos of me holding the cards. Just seems weird?

Well I got a email from Cardaq asking for more documents and information wich I already send before. So annoying.


To verify that the card belongs to you, you must provide one of the following:


 


A clear photo of you holding the card;A photo of your ID placed next to the card;A bank statement clearly displaying the card details.


 


For security reasons, the middle 8 digits of the card number must be masked, while the first 6 and last 4 digits remain visible.


Could you please confirm the information provided and provide more details on your transactions and the third party you are referring to, including where you were making the payments?


 


Please note that if the requested documentation is not provided, your case will be closed without further review.

Yes exactly. We did the kyc, transactions with all my bank info on it.. pointless to ask for it again. Seems like everybody get the same emails.
