Show them the evidence then - Your deposit record at the casino with it's email to confirm, and then the transaction on your bank statement showing the same date/time.
REDACT everything of your bank statement that isn't your name and the transaction in question though 🙂

Γνωρίζετε πολύ λίγα για την επεξεργασία πληρωμών, επομένως το 90% αυτών που γράφετε εδώ είναι ανοησίες και το 10% είναι αλήθεια.
Όταν ψωνίζω με την χρεωστική ή πιστωτική μου κάρτα, μερικές φορές, για παράδειγμα στο Aldi, η κατάσταση δεν εμφανίζει "Aldi" αλλά "XYZ" και το όνομα του παραλήπτη αναγράφεται στον κωδικό πληρωμής. Το ίδιο συμβαίνει και όταν ψωνίζω σε ένα περίπτερο. Συνήθως εμφανίζεται κάτι διαφορετικό και εκεί.
Μερικές φορές λέει ακόμη και: ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΥΤΗΣ XYZ*ALDI
Μην λες λοιπόν ανοησίες.

I didn’t get any temp refunds but after a week or so I got a email from all the casinos basically threatening to close my account few days later they actually did and then I had all my chargebacks returned to me
