there the worst disputes team ever as you cannot talk to a human and explain its a joke really even with a crime reference number and confirmation its fraud because i clicked approve on my app they will not touch it as fraud even though i said i approved transactions for this but not for the companies on my statement

file won my fraud chargeback I told you those casinos are nut why would they send my card details to other companies to do the transactions why!?? when I went and questioned them they admitted those transactions are done from 3rd parties

I did goods and services not received on one, and merchant didn’t recieve funds on the other, I’m ngl I didn’t really provide any evidence they didn’t ask for any I think for one I made a fake email

Hi Sarah - my dispute just got update to say "we tried contacting the merchant to ask them to refund you. As they did not respond we will now review your case and update in 3 days" - is this good news or just a standard part of the process?
