All three of my banks have now agreed to do a chargeback - totalling 14k - 2 banks already submitted - one bank hopefully submitted to- but 45 days seeems along wait!!!!!! Do these unlicensed merchants even fight back?

I have replied to you already elsewhere but no, generally they tend not to oppose it. You'll probably find refunds appearing in your account before then though.
Which banks were they, if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah you did reply but hadn’t fully had the bank agree
Santander - already recieved 2k refund
