The CNB are a waste of time as they’ll send a standard response and can’t get involved to obtain refunds - they only fine which they’ve already done to swipez.
im pretty sure funds paid to swipez are as good as lost now and the only real possibility is for legal action to be taken, but I wouldn’t know where to start with that considering it’s impossible to get hold of swipez.

NatWest have told me that it’s up to the merchant what they put down as a descriptor and they don’t have to show their name on the bank statement.
They cannot tell me the name or contact info unless I raise a dispute with them for the transactions but they tell you not to raise a dispute as it can be classed as fraud.
Ive tried to get access to Mastercard Merchant Identifier API with no luck.
I feel like it’s always a battle but for the criminals it’s so easy for them to steal your money
