Hello, yes, it's only for Amazon.com and it's written in the terms of condition of every tournament. You can still apply it on .com site of Amazon and order to Brazil. You have to keep in mind won price for playing for FREE. If you don't wont to use your voucher, you don't have to, it's up to you.
For future, there will be better options how to apply your winning, but for now, this is how it works.
