I’m sharing this short video from the live roulette game Lucky 6 by Pragmatic Play.

Watch closely how the ball behaves when approaching number 19.

To me, it looks strange — almost as if the ball is being "pulled" or guided unnaturally.

Yes, I already contacted the provider (Pragmatic Play) weeks ago. I sent them full video evidence, screenshots, and a detailed description of what’s happening in their roulette game. file

Unfortunately, the response I received from a company acting on their behalf , didn’t help me at all. On the contrary, it only made me more concerned. They didn’t address the issue properly or explain anything about the suspicious behavior I documented. That’s why I’m sharing it here , to find out if other players have seen the same.

However, I would personally expect none or the very same answer. Live dealer games continue to elicit such opinions; I suppose it is the nature of being held by a croupier.

Let us see what others have to say. I, on the other hand, am aware that Pragmatic Play has recently won a Players' Choice Award. I suppose the overall picture still benefits the game provider.

Thank you for your reply. I am fully aware of how licensing works, and I’ve already contacted multiple regulators, including ONJN, MGA and the Swiss ESBK , providing them with technical evidence and video footage.

While I understand that live games often trigger opinions, this case is not about personal perception, but about algorithmic patterns that repeatedly defy randomness ,and I’ve documented these in detail.

A Players’ Choice Award does not override independent scrutiny or regulatory accountability.

I welcome more opinions, especially from those willing to look at the evidence, which I have made available.

It's wonderful to know that you are aware of what you are doing. I hope you achieve the outcome you crave. As for the Award, I was referring to that because you seem to be interested in other players' opinions; such votes very much represent that in a general matter of speaking, I guess. Of course it has nothing to do with accountability.

When players discuss patterns, it triggers the thesis that the human mind always seeks patterns to satisfy the thirst for understanding the outer world. To sort it out. It's a biological pattern, though. 🙂

I find it a nice contradiction.

There are no actual ‘holes’ in the regulation, the truth is, there’s no real regulation at all. What exists is a system designed mainly to protect B2B licenses, not to protect players. Even when the evidence is just centimeters away from regulators’ eyes, they choose to act as if they see nothing. Why? Because they know they might be holding a regulatory time bomb in their hands, one that could trigger serious consequences. So instead, they pretend not to see , not out of ignorance, but out of fear of the impact it could cause

Thank you for your reply. I just want to highlight that the labs that certify these games (such as GLI or BMM) are paid by the providers themselves, which raises questions about their true impartiality. Regulators often just administrate those results without conducting deep technical analysis.

Moreover, those technical audits do not detect algorithmic manipulation or progressive punishment patterns, which can only be seen through long-term analysis or specific video evidence , like the ones I’ve shared.

Based on how it works, I'd say such things, I suppose, require proofs. There is always the option to say, "Someone pays for it and hence it is a plot," if you understand what I mean. The same for the analysis you mentioned. When you get something like that to higher instances, you have to have proof confronting the existing certificates and conclusions that everything is ok.

That’s exactly why I’m working on gathering statements from third-party players and independent technical observers who have no interest in the outcome.

If authorities and auditors rely only on internal certifications, then real issues can remain hidden.

I’ll make sure that when this case reaches the next level, it doesn’t rely on assumptions , it will rely on observable data.

Just to clarify,I already shared the entire Google Drive folder with your full team (including the Data Team) some time ago. It contains over 10 detailed videos, structured folders with screenshots, documents, and clear pattern observations.

At that time, I was told that your team didn’t have the tools or resources to evaluate such material. That’s totally fine, but I wanted to point out that the initiative to share proof-based content was already taken.

So, while I respect the interest now being shown publicly, I’ve already moved forward with more formal entities who are reviewing all the content seriously

As I mentioned, I fully understand that Casino Guru doesn’t have the technical tools to analyze the kind of evidence I submitted. That’s exactly why I’ve started to make it public , not for personal exposure, but because even the official authorities seem to be turning a blind eye.In my view, this is not just about a single game. It’s about how regulatory bodies protect B2B licenses and business relationships, while failing to properly investigate serious concerns.

I’m only starting with one video. But the evidence is much bigger.

In my view, any individual or organization that is not involved in the entire licensing process—including every step from the game provider to the labs—has severely limited options for debates. Given this, one may naturally interpret such a close and self-sustaining circle of licenses as external business protection.
