I made a USDC deposit on one of the USDC ERC deposit addresses that are getting generated everytime one wants to deposit (each address is different) and I have the screenshot of the address that their site generated.
The money NEVER appeared on my balance and their support told me in a robotic way that I have to wait UP TO 7 DAYS for my funds to appear.
That is ridiculous given that I sent the funds to the CORRECT USDC address that their own site generated on the correct network too
EDIT: My deposit has been credited in my account 5h after my funds had been successfully sent (according to binance atleast)but in another currency. (I deposited USDC and I received my funds in full in TRX).
The deposit procedure could had been smoother but the funds are indeed in.Upgrading the experience to neutral since I am just starting to use the site and got no clue how things will go from this point on.

- A big weird deposit process.I had to wait 5h for the funds to appear and they did got credited in a different cryptocurrency.
