The operator confiscated 6868 euros of my winnings because they claimed that I breached a number of T&C that they copied and pasted from their website. These claims imply VPN use, bonus abuse, fraudulent documents, cheating, duplicate accounts, etc. When I asked them to be more specific while also providing proof about what exactly I breached, they refused to respond and just told me that their decision was final. I haven't even used a bonus on their website yet somehow it's part of their claims. So please for the sake of your mental health, don't play there. You'll never get your winnings. I won't even talk about their verification process (They asked for 9 documents) and lasted for more than a month. Even the national security agencies don't ask for that much.
