The most backwards casino in the industry. They sit on their hands and do nothing. They are the least transparent, more often than not always making errors and when I made a complaint instead of their third party team attending to it, VIP decided to "review" it all and come back to me on it all and answer on behalf of the complaints team. It honestly sounds Michael who’s head of VIP runs the whole place by himself out of his basement. That’s honestly how pathetic the service is there. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to play there
- The only positive that could be is whoever reads this review and decides to join elsewhere. Trust me there’s SO much better out there, I’m loving life at my new casino I forgot what it feels like to be treated like a genuine person. If you’re a VIP or High roller STAY AWAY
- The VIP team is run by a Neanderthal called Michael. His main goal is to drive the casino backwards with the help of his brainless VIP managers.
- They had the same deposit bonus on my account (one time use only) for the ENTIRE time I was a customer since 2024. Meanwhile places like Kingbilly have about 5/6 new ones every week. Royspins VIP is more stagnant than a birdbath that has never had the water changed.
- VIP team has no idea. I could have run that place better with my eyes closed
