I’ve had terrible experiences with Casiny. They’ve taken a deposit from me but not credited my account, it’s been close to a month and I’ve been chasing them up everyday to make sure it gets sorted, but the customer support are shockingly rude and they say they will raise a note to their manager and then they close the chat abruptly. I asked for compensation in the mean time while it supposedly gets sorted and they offered me 15 free spins on 20 cent bets. Which is a much lower stake than what I play on, and after they ended that conversation short they didn’t even give the free spins. I also tried cashing out and they would not let me use crypto as a withdrawal method even though it is one of their listed withdrawal methods, the finance team contacted me via email telling me to cancel and change to bank transfer otherwise they couldn’t process my withdrawal. Very unprofessional service provider. There’s been more unpleasant experiences but don’t think I can fit into the character limit.
