The support should be a priority for the casino to let the customers having a good experience.
I could not really rate the support here as there is absolutely no one to answer our question (7 email without answer and hours waiting to speak to someone in the chat)
I have a withdrawal rejected (without any reason as I am fully verified and already proceed to a withdrawal that was accepted) several time without any explanation.
- Casino is just normal - nothing better than the other one
- Email ignored
- Only a bot for the chat assistance. Impossible to speak to someone
- Delay in payment without any reason
- Breach of their own T&C
