I've had great difficulty regarding my withdrawal, it's been over 5 hours now with no response other than the generic unpersonalised one that I'm on a que blahahahahba. Not very impressed with the level of service or the speed of withdrawal as it is crypto I expected a little faster then the 5 hours I've been subjected too. Still gives me the option to cancel it if course which too me is a tactic to get you to cancel your withdraw and spend the winnings. Very very obvious.
