Από την 1η Ιουλίου, είχα αποκλειστεί από όλα τα καζίνο του ομίλου Rabidi.
Ωστόσο, μου επιτρεπόταν να ανοίξω έναν λογαριασμό τζόγου σε αυτό το καζίνο. Αφού έχασα μερικές χιλιάδες ευρώ, έφτασα στο επίπεδο VIP του χρυσού και δικαιούσα επιστροφή μετρητών 5%.
Αυτό το cashback μου το αρνήθηκε η διοίκηση χωρίς λόγο.
Στη συνέχεια, γνωστοποίησα στο καζίνο ότι είχα αυτο-αποκλειστεί και ως εκ τούτου θα έπρεπε να δικαιούμαι επιστροφή των καταθέσεων μου.
Δεν ελήφθη καμία απάντηση από το καζίνο.
Τέσσερις μέρες μετά, καταθέτω και χάνω επιπλέον 2600€.
Συνεχίζω να επαναλαμβάνω ότι είχα αυτο-αποκλειστεί αλλά ακόμα δεν απαντούν.
Την ίδια μέρα καταθέτω άλλα 400€ και καταφέρνω να κερδίσω περίπου 12800€ σε τρεις μέρες.
Δεν μπορώ να τα αποσύρω όλα λόγω των γελοίων ορίων ανάληψης τους (μία ανάληψη την ημέρα, μέγιστο 800€!).
Συνολικά κατάφερα να κάνω ανάληψη 2800€.
Χθες, παρά το γεγονός ότι το καζίνο γνώριζε ότι είχα αυτο-αποκλειστεί, συνέχισα να παίζω και εξάντλησα γρήγορα τον λογαριασμό μου από ένα υπόλοιπο περίπου €10000.
Πιστεύω επίσης ότι το καζίνο ειδοποίησε τον πάροχο παιχνιδιών Evolution για να με κάνει να χάσω τα πάντα, γνωρίζοντας ότι έπαιζα πρωτίστως ζωντανή ρουλέτα, γιατί δεν έχω δει ποτέ τόσο χαμένο σερί.
Το γεγονός παραμένει ότι παρά το γεγονός ότι έστειλε δύο email σε διαφορετικές ημέρες, δηλώνοντας ρητά τον αυτοαποκλεισμό μου, το καζίνο δεν έκανε τίποτα για να μπλοκάρει τον λογαριασμό μου και να προστατεύσει τα κέρδη μου.
Μόνο σήμερα το πρωί μπλοκαρίστηκε ο λογαριασμός μου, αφού φυσικά έχασα τα πάντα.
Σε αυτό το σημείο, θα πρέπει να δικαιούμαι αποζημίωση για την απώλεια κερδών που προέκυψε μετά από τα μηνύματα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου αυτο-αποκλεισμού μου, καθώς εκείνη τη στιγμή το καζίνο γνώριζε ότι θα έπρεπε να είχε μπλοκάρει αμέσως τον λογαριασμό τζόγου μου, σύμφωνα με τους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις του.

Yet, I was still allowed to open a gambling account at this casino. After losing a few thousand euros, I reached the gold VIP level and was entitled to a 5% cashback.
This cashback was denied to me by the administration without reason.
I then brought to the casino's attention that I had self-excluded and therefore should be entitled to a refund of my deposits.
No response was received from the casino.
Four days later, I deposit and lose an additional €2600.
I continue to reiterate that I had self-excluded but they still do not respond.
On the same day, I deposit another €400 and manage to win approximately €12800 over three days.
I am unable to withdraw all of it due to their ridiculous withdrawal limits (one withdrawal per day, maximum €800!).
In total, I managed to withdraw €2800.
Yesterday, despite the casino knowing I had self-excluded, I continued to play and quickly depleted my account from a balance of approximately €10000.
I also believe that the casino alerted the game provider Evolution to make me lose everything, knowing that I primarily played live roulette, because I have never seen such a losing streak.
The fact remains that despite sending two emails on different days, explicitly stating my self-exclusion, the casino did nothing to block my account and protect my earnings.
Only this morning was my account blocked, after, of course, losing everything.
At this point, I should be entitled to compensation for the loss of earnings occurred following my self-exclusion emails as at that time the casino was aware they should have immediately blocked my gambling account, according to their T&C.

Dal 1 luglio mi ero autoescluso da tutti i casinò del gruppo Rabidi.
Nonostante questo mi è stato consentito aprire un conto gioco presso questo casinò. Dopo aver perso qualche migliaio di euro ero arrivato al livello vip gold e avrei avuto diritto al 5% di cashback.
Questo cashback mi è stato rifiutato dall'amministrazione senza motivo.
Allora ho fatto presente al supporto del casinò il fatto di essere autoescluso e che quindi avrei avuto diritto al rimborso dei depositi.
Nessuna risposta da parte del casinò.
Quattro giorni dopo deposito e perdo altri 2600€.
Continuo a ribadire il fatto di essere autoescluso ma nessuna risposta da parte loro.
Nella stessa giornata verso altri 400€ e riesco ad arrivare a vincere in tre giorni circa 12800€.
Non riesco a prelevarli tutti per i ridicoli limiti di prelievo imposti (un prelievo al giorno di massimo 800€!).
In tutto sono riuscito a prelevare 2800€.
Nella giornata di ieri ho continuato a giocare nonostante il casinò sapesse che ero autoescluso e ho azzerato in poco tempo il mio conto da un saldo di circa 10000€.
Credo anche che il casinò abbia avvisato il provider di gioco Evolution di farmi perdere tutto sapendo che giocavo prevalentemente alla roulette live perché non ho mai assistito ad una serie negativa del genere.
Resta il fatto che nonostante io abbia inviato due mail diversi giorni prima in cui dichiaravo esplicitamente di essere autoescluso il casinò non ha fatto nulla per bloccare il mio conto e preservare le mie vincite.
Solo stamattina il mio account è stato bloccato dopo che naturalmente ho perso tutto.
A questo punto avrei diritto al risarcimento per la perdita delle vincite avvenute dopo le mie mail di autoesclusione visto che in quel momento il casinò era consapevole del fatto che avrebbe dovuto immediatamente bloccare il mio conto gioco come peraltro indicato nei loro T&C.
