Hello, I played on this site winning the sum of 13000 euros, I withdrew this sum which was paid in installments, I started all the documents they requested which were verified and accepted, the withdrawal was made on 11/01/25 they told me 21 days I will receive the sum, I received a part of the withdrawal, but today more than 21 days have passed and 5200 euros of my withdrawal are still missing. And I would like to withdraw the other amount that I have left in the account but they tell me that if I withdraw more the days increase. I ask the operators every day and via email and they tell me that they are unblocking the payments without receiving anything

Salve, ho giocato su questo sito vincendo la somma di 13000 euro, ho prelevato questa somma che è stata rateizzata, ho iniziato tutti i documenti da loro richiesti che sono stati verificati ed accettati, il prelievo è stato fatto il 11/01/25 mi hanno detto 21 giorni riceverò la somma, ho ricevuto una parte del prelievo, ma ad oggi passati più di 21 giorni mancano ancora 5200 euro del mio prelievo. E vorrei prelevare l’altra cifra che mi rimane sul conto però mi dicono che se ne prelevo altri i giorni aumentano. Chiedo tutti i giorni agli operatori e tramite e-mail e mi dicono che stanno sbloccando i pagamenti senza ricevere niente

My account was verified a success on 01/15/25. I immediately started playing with the bonus balance given for my deposit having reached the wagering requirements which had then transformed into real balance. Then after a few days I played again and I had won others always with real balance. Infatti come ho detto in precedenza alcuni prelievi sono stati effettuati, però mi avevate detto 21 giorni dalla data del prelievo, poi 21 giorni dalla data della verifica, poi altri 14 perché c’è stato un blocco per un ulteriore verifica, praticamente sono passati un mese e mezzo e ancora non ho ricevuto l’intera somma.
