I advise anyone against depositing even a single euro on this site. I requested a withdrawal of €250 on March 29th, and despite several days having passed, the money still hasn't been sent.

The worst thing isn't just the delay, but the complete lack of transparency: customer support doesn't provide concrete answers, doesn't provide transaction codes, and simply stalls. It's the usual pattern: they're quick to take your money when you deposit, but they become a ghost when it comes time to pay you what you're rightfully owed.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
