Θέμα: Επείγον αίτημα για πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων για παραβίαση των κανόνων υπεύθυνου παιχνιδιού
Αξιότιμοι Κύριοι,
Όπως σας έχω ήδη ενημερώσει, είμαι αυτοαποκλεισμένος παίκτης, εγγεγραμμένος στην Υπηρεσία Ρύθμισης και Επιθεώρησης Παιγνίων (SRIJ) στην Πορτογαλία από τις 06/12/2023, λόγω παθολογικού εθισμού στον τζόγο. Παρά ταύτα, το καζίνο σας επέτρεψε την εγγραφή, τις καταθέσεις και τα στοιχήματά μου, κατά κατάφωρη παραβίαση των κανόνων υπεύθυνου τζόγου που επιβάλλονται από τις άδειες της Αρχής Παιγνίων της Μάλτας (MGA) και της Επιτροπής Παιγνίων του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (UKGC).
Επιπλέον, στις 13 Ιουλίου 2025, ζήτησα να κάνω ανάληψη του υπολοίπου μου ύψους 3.200€ από τα κέρδη. Ωστόσο, το καζίνο σας άργησε πολύ να επεξεργαστεί το αίτημα, ακύρωσα την ανάληψη 3 φορές λόγω της καθυστέρησης στην επεξεργασία και ο λογαριασμός μου ανέφερε ότι δεν απαιτείται επαλήθευση, επιτρέποντάς μου να στοιχηματίσω και ακόμη και να δεχτώ νέες καταθέσεις συνολικού ύψους 1.250€, κάτι που δεν θα είχε συμβεί αν είχατε επεξεργαστεί την ανάληψη άμεσα και είχατε μπλοκάρει τον λογαριασμό. Από αυτό το ποσό, 500€ μεταφέρθηκαν μέσω mbway από την τράπεζά μου, εξαργυρώθηκαν αλλά δεν πιστώθηκαν στον λογαριασμό του καζίνο, γεγονός που συνιστούσε σαφή αδυναμία παροχής της υπηρεσίας. Όταν αντιμετώπισαν την κατάσταση, χωρίς να προσπαθήσουν να την επιλύσουν, ακύρωσαν τον λογαριασμό μου χωρίς καμία δικαιολογία.
Απαιτώ, επομένως:
✅ Πλήρης επιστροφή χρημάτων 4.450€, που αντιστοιχεί σε:
- 3.200 € από το μη επεξεργασμένο υπόλοιπο ανάληψης·
- Τα 1.250€ που κατατέθηκαν μετά το αίτημα, τα οποία επιτράπηκαν αδικαιολόγητα από την πλατφόρμα σας κατά παράβαση της απαγόρευσης που μου επιβλήθηκε.
Γνωρίζοντας ότι είμαι εθισμένος στον τζόγο λόγω της συμπεριφοράς μου και της έλλειψης διαφάνειας, από τη στιγμή που έχετε απόδειξη μεταφοράς και όμως αγνοείτε το γεγονός ότι μου έχετε αφήσει 500 ευρώ που δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκαν καν επειδή δεν πιστώθηκαν στον λογαριασμό τυχερών παιχνιδιών, απαιτώ την επανεξέταση της υπόθεσης!

Dear Sirs,
As I have already informed you, I am a self-excluded player, registered with the Gaming Regulation and Inspection Service (SRIJ) in Portugal since 06/12/2023, due to pathological gambling addiction. Despite this, your casino allowed my registration, deposits and bets, in flagrant violation of the responsible gambling rules imposed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) licenses.
Furthermore, on July 13, 2025, I requested to withdraw my balance of €3,200 from winnings. However, your casino took a long time to process the request, I canceled the withdrawal 3 times due to your delay in processing, and my account said that verification was not required, allowing me to bet and even accept new deposits totaling €1,250, which would not have happened if you had processed the withdrawal promptly and blocked the account. Of this amount, €500 was transferred via mbway from my bank, cashed out but not credited to the casino account, constituting a clear failure to provide the service. When confronted with the situation, without trying to resolve it, they canceled my account without any justification.
I therefore demand:
✅ A full refund of €4,450, corresponding to:
- €3,200 of the unprocessed withdrawal balance;
- The €1,250 deposited after the request, unduly allowed by your platform in violation of my ban.
Knowing that I am addicted to gambling due to my behavior and the lack of transparency, from the moment you have proof of transfer and yet you ignore the fact that you have left me with 500 euros that were not even used because they were not credited to the gaming account, I demand that the case be reviewed!

Prezados,
Conforme já informado, sou jogadora autoexcluída, inscrita no Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (SRIJ) em Portugal desde 12/06/2023, por motivo de dependência patológica de jogo. Apesar disso, o vosso casino permitiu o meu registo, depósitos e apostas, em flagrante violação das normas de jogo responsável impostas pelas licenças da Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) e UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).
Além disso, em 13 de julho de 2025, solicitei o levantamento do saldo de €3.200, proveniente de ganhos obtidos. No entanto, o vosso casino demorou a processar o pedido, cancelei 3 vezes o levantamento pela vossa demora no processamento, e na minha conta dizia que não era necessária a verificação, permitindo que eu apostasse e inclusive aceitasse novos depósitos no total de €1.250, o que não teria ocorrido se tivessem processado o levantamento prontamente e bloqueado a conta. Desse valor, €500 foram tranferidos via mbway do meu banco, foram descontados mas não creditados na conta do casino, configurando falha clara na prestação do serviço. Quando confrontados com a situação, sem tentar resolver, cancelaram a minha conta sem qualquer justificação.
Assim, exijo:
✅ O reembolso integral no valor de €4.450, correspondente:
- Aos €3.200 do saldo de levantamento não processado;
- Aos €1.250 depositados após o pedido, indevidamente permitidos pela vossa plataforma em violação da minha interdição.
Sabendo do vício ao jogo pelo comportamento que tive além da falta de transparência, a partir do momento que têm comprovativos de transferência e mesmo assim ignoram o facto de me terem ficado com 500 euros que nem foram utilizados pois não foram creditados na conta de jogo exijo que o caso seja revisto!
