Καλημέρα, παραπονιέμαι για το turbo wins casino. Έκανα ανάληψη στις 3 Οκτωβρίου 2025. Αυτή η ανάληψη αναφέρθηκε ως πληρωμένη στην πλατφόρμα του καζίνο. Ωστόσο, αυτά τα χρήματα των 505€ δεν έχουν εισέλθει ακόμη στον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό. Έκανα άλλη μια ανάληψη του ίδιου ποσού στις 6 του ίδιου μήνα, η οποία εισήλθε στον λογαριασμό μου. Εν ολίγοις, από τις δύο αναλήψεις που πραγματοποιήθηκαν (στις 3 και 6) πληρώθηκε μόνο η μία. Υποτίθεται ότι η ανάληψη της 3ης Οκτωβρίου λείπει. Έχω επικοινωνήσει με τον ιστότοπο αρκετές φορές, τόσο μέσω συνομιλίας όσο και μέσω email, και η απάντηση είναι πάντα η ίδια: βρίσκεται υπό ανάλυση.
Έστειλα σε PDF την απόδειξη τραπεζικού λογαριασμού για την περίοδο 2 έως 9 Οκτωβρίου που ζήτησαν, καθώς και το αναγνωριστικό συναλλαγής.
Είναι πολύς καιρός να περιμένουμε.
Θα ήθελα να δω αυτό να λύνεται το συντομότερο δυνατό, ευχαριστώ.
Good morning, I hereby complain about turbo wins casino, I made a withdrawal on October 3, 2025, this withdrawal was reported as paid on the casino platform, however this money of 505€ has not yet entered my bank account, I made another withdrawal of the same amount on the 6th of the same month, which entered my account, in short, of the two withdrawals made (on the 3rd and 6th) only one was paid, supposedly the withdrawal of October 3 is missing. I've contacted the site several times, both via chat and email, and the answer is always the same: it's under analysis.
I've sent the proof of bank statement in PDF for October 2nd until October 9th that they requested, as well as the transaction ID.

Bom dia, venho por este meio fazer minha reclamação do casino turbo wins, fiz um levantamento dia 3 de Outubro 2025, esse levantamento fui dado como pago na plataforma do casino,entretanto esse dinheiro de 505€ ainda não entrou na minha conta bancária, fiz um outro levantamento no mesmo valor dia 6 do mesmo mês, que entrou na minha conta, resumindo, dos dois levantamentos feitos(dia 3 e 6) só um é que fui pago, supostamente está em falta o levantamento do dia 3 Outubro. Entrei varias vezes em contacto com o site, tanto via chat como por email e a resposta é sempre a mesma, está em análise.
Enviei o comprovativo do extrato bancário em PDF relativo ao dia 2 Outubro até dia 9 Outubro, solicitado por eles, como também o ID da transacção.
É muito tempo de espera.
