Δεν γνωρίζω ποια έγγραφα έστειλε το καζίνο tikitaka, αλλά σίγουρα δεν θα δικαιολογήσουν τη στάση του καζίνο σε αυτήν την περίπτωση.
Γεγονότα:
- Πριν από 4 μήνες ο λογαριασμός έκλεισε κατόπιν επιμονής μου και λόγω εθισμού στον τζόγο
- όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη ήταν ενήμερα για την κατάσταση
- ενδιαφέρον είναι ότι τον Νοέμβριο, ξαφνικά, άρχισα να λαμβάνω διαφημίσεις από το καζίνο και συνειδητοποίησα ότι ο λογαριασμός μου είχε ενεργοποιηθεί ξανά.
- μου πρόσφεραν χρήματα, πλήρωσαν τον λογαριασμό μου στο καζίνο με 300€ και με ενθάρρυναν να παίξω, παρόλο που γνώριζα ότι τον Αύγουστο ο λογαριασμός είχε κλείσει λόγω εθισμού στον τζόγο
- στις 12/1 τους ζήτησα να κλείσουν ξανά τον λογαριασμό
- στις 10/12 τους ζήτησα να κλείσουν ξανά τον λογαριασμό, καθώς δεν απάντησαν καν στο πρώτο μου email και ο λογαριασμός μπορούσε ακόμα να χρησιμοποιηθεί
- Άνοιξα ξανά αυτήν την καταγγελία με τον γκουρού του καζίνο.
- μόνο μετά από αυτό έλαβα 2 email από το καζίνο tikitaka στις 18/12, το ένα έλεγε ότι έκαναν ανάλυση και το άλλο επιβεβαίωνε το κλείσιμο του λογαριασμού.
Έτσι, κακή πίστη εκ μέρους αυτού του καζίνο, το οποίο ανοίγει ξανά έναν λογαριασμό ενός παίκτη με έναν εθισμό, γνωστό σε όλους, προσφέρει χρήματα και ενθαρρύνει τον τζόγο.

Não sei que documentos foram enviados pelo casino tikitaka, mas certamente não vão justificar a postura do casino nesta situação.
Factos:
- há 4 meses atrás a conta foi encerrada por minha insistência e devido ao vício do jogo
- todas as partes eram conhecedoras da situação
- curiosamente em novembro e do nada comecei a receber publicidade do casino e verifiquei que a minha conta tinha sido reativada
- ofereceram-me dinheiro, carregaram a minha conta do casino com 300€ e incentivaram ao jogo, mesmo sabendo que em agosto a conta tinha sido encerrada por vício de jogo
- a 1/12 voltei a pedir para fecharem a conta
- a 10/12 voltei a pedir para fecharem a conta, uma vez que nem me responderam ao primeiro mail e a conta continuava a poder ser usada
- reabri esta reclamação no casino guru
- só após isto recebi 2 mails do casino tikitaka, dia 18/12, um a dizer que estavam a analisar e outro de seguida a confirmar o encerramento da conta
Portanto, má fé deste casino que reabre uma conta de jogador com vício, sobejamente conhecido por todas as partes, oferece dinheiro e incentiva ao jogo.
