However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I hope you are doing well. As the recommended time frame has now passed, could you kindly update us on whether your withdrawal has successfully been received or if there have been any new developments regarding your case? Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

I made another withdrawal on Sunday, and it's Wednesday, so the third day of withdrawal as they said (it takes 3 business days for the withdrawal to be released) but they still haven't been credited to my account, this is the second time they haven't respected the timeframes they provided, even though the previous withdrawal arrived after my report, and despite numerous complaints this withdrawal still doesn't respect the timeframes, and they continue to reply to me that they are still working to resolve the situation like the last time but the same problem always occurs, that is, that the money doesn't arrive on time.

ho effettuato un'altro prelievo domenica, e siamo a mercoledi, quindi il terzo giorno di prlelievo come detto da loro (ci vogliono 3 giorni lavorativi per l'erogazione del prelievo) ma non sono stati ancora accreditati sul mio conto, è la seconda volta che non rispettano le tempistiche da loro fornite, anche se dopo la mia segnalazione il prelievo precedente è arrivato, e nonostante i numerosi reclami anche questo prelievo non rispetta comunque le tempistiche, e continuano a rispondermi che stanno comunque lavorando per risolvere la situazione come l'altra volta ma si riscontra sempre lo stesso problema, ovvero che i soldi non arrivano in tempo
