Hello, this casino cheated me out of 325 USDC. I was playing there normally, and the first withdrawals went smoothly. Then I had 325 USDC in my account and wanted to withdraw. I suddenly couldn't withdraw anymore. I went into the chat and was told my account would be investigated for two weeks. After two weeks, I went back into the chat and said I wanted to withdraw now, since the two weeks were up. Then I was told they wanted to investigate my account for another two weeks. I then sent an email saying it would take 14 days. Suddenly, I received this response.

The casino simply confiscated all my money. I don't even know the reason. I played there completely normally and honestly. But winners are being cheated out of their money there.

Dann hatte ich einen Betrag von 325 USDC auf meinem Konto und wollte auszahlen. Ich konnte auf einmal nicht mehr auszahlen, bin in den Chat und man sagte mir, mein Konto wird für zwei Wochen untersucht. Nach den zwei Wochen bin ich wieder in den Chat und sagte, ich möchte jetzt auszahlen, da zwei Wochen vorbei sind. Dann sagte man mir, dass sie weitere zwei Wochen mein Konto überprüfen wollen. Daraufhin sendete ich eine Email, dass von 14 Tagen die Rede war. Plötzlich bekam ich diese Antwort.

Das Casino hat mein ganzes Geld einfach einbehalten. Ich kenne den Grund nicht mal. Ich habe dort ganz normal und ehrlich gespielt. Aber Gewinner werden dort um ihr Geld betrogen.

Hello, I played there normally: slots, sports betting, everything they offer. Never claimed a bonus, always played with my real money. What's also strange is that after the two-week verification period was over, they told me they'd have to verify my account for another two weeks. When I then asked via email what this was about, I received a response within minutes saying I'd been cheated (see attachment). That alone shows me that the casino was making up something just to avoid paying me out. There are dozens of cases like mine on Trustpilot. It's clearly a dirty scam.

Was auch merkwürdig ist, nach dem die zweiwöchige Überprüfung vorbei war, sagte man mir, man müsse nochmal zwei Wochen überprüfen. Als ich daraufhin per Email nachfragte, was das soll, bekam ich innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort, dass ich betrogen hätte, siehe Anhang. Allein das zeigt mir ja, dass das Casino sich irgendwas ausgedacht hat, nur um mich nicht auszuzahlen. Solche Fälle wie bei mir sind auf Trustpilot dutzende zu lesen. Das ist wohl eine miese Masche von denen.
