It's important to note there was no further deposit made by you during this time and you played solely with free funds from the casino (essentially a no deposit bonus) thus the rules related to no deposit bonuses very fully a appropriately applicable. You had quite a nice winning streak, and at one point, your balance was over C$1840. After you fulfilled the no deposit bonus wagering requirement, your balance at that time, cca C$1514, was correctly adjusted to C$75, which is the maximum amount that can be won/withdrawn from such gameplay. This happened on 2026-02-07 06:53:59. At this point, you had 2 options. Either withdraw these funds or continue playing. You opted to continue to play, which is quite natural.

This is when the matter became complicated.

I have been engaged in an extensive discussion with the casino team, as this case involves several valid considerations on both sides. From a strictly contractual and regulatory perspective, the casino’s actions appear to be supported by the applicable bonus terms, which were accepted upon participation in the promotion. As mentioned above, it was confirmed that the winnings in dispute do not stem from the deposit bonus as you originally claimed, but from a no-deposit bonus that must be actively claimed to receive it. It is also relevant that, as a quite experienced customer who has claimed multiple bonuses previously, you had repeated opportunities to become familiar with the casino’s promotional rules and their practical application. Your conduct regarding the casino support team also raises questions, and is not in aligment of good faith behaviour; however, this did not affect the original issue.
