Ho effettuato una richiesta di prelievo pari a 430 euro,lunedì 2 febbraio alle 12:37,venerdì mi ritrovo i soldi accreditati sul conto. Contatto prontamente l'assistenza chiedendo i motivi e mi viene detto che dalla prima assistente che il metodo richiesto non combaciava con il metodo di deposito. Falso perché ho quella carta che e l'unica con cui deposito,e sulla quale un altro prelievo di 60 euro mi e stato accreditato. Ricontatto l'assistenza e mi viene detto che è stato un errore del mio fornitore,e come mai quello da 60 mi è stato accreditato? Ora ho provato ad effettuare una nuova richiesta cambiando il metodo in bonifico internazionale. Se anche questa mi verrà respinta cosa potrò fare? Aspetto una risposta perché sono molto preoccupato.
