On April 28, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €5000, which I received. When I asked support how long the withdrawal would take to process, they said a maximum of 24 hours. Therefore, on April 29, 2026, I requested another withdrawal of €5000, and on April 30, 2026, another €5000, and today the final amount of €3005.

In other words, I received the €5000 transfer once, but the remaining €13005 has not been received since.

Am 28.4.26 habe ich eine Auszahlung von 5000€ angefordert die ich auch bekam als ich den Support fragte wie lange die Auszahlung zum Bearbeiten dauerd hieß es max 24h - somit forderte ich am 29.04.26 eine weitere Auszahlung von 5000€ an und am 30.4.26 auch weitere 5000€ und heute den letzten Betrag von 3005€.

Sprich einmal bekam ich die 5000€ überwiesen den rest die 13005€ bis jetzt nicht mehr.

I contacted support yesterday - they said I would receive the further payout of €5000 - which has not happened yet.
