Buongiorno grazie per aver risposto. Io sto aspettando non è che io non stia aspettando anzi, però mi sembra strano perché il mio conto gioco è tutto in regola non è necessaria alcuna verifica mi è stato detto e quindi non capisco come mai ancora io non abbia ricevuto le mie vincite. Il primo prelievo era stato effettuato in data 25/10/25 ed è stato annullato in seguito ad un errore del provider di pagamento così mi hanno detto. Quindi ho effettuato una nuova richiesta in data 04/11/25 e poi ho un altro prelievo in sospeso effettuato in data 01/11/25. Io non ho mai avuto problemi con i prelievi sul sito di rabona casinò quindi non capisco come mai questa volta ci stiano impiegando tutto questo tempo.
