Έχω τρεις εκκρεμείς αναλήψεις των 500 που έγιναν στις 8 Ιανουαρίου, 9 Ιανουαρίου και 11 Ιανουαρίου. Ho tre prelievi in corso da 500 fatti in data 08/01, 09/01 e 11/01. Ad oggi 27/01 risultano ancora tutti e tre in elaborazione e l’assistenza mi ripete da giorni che è tutto ok e c’è solo da aspettare. Chiedo aiuto a voi perché ho raggiunto i limiti di prelievo in sospeso e ho ancora altro da prelevare. L’ultimo prelievo è arrivato in data 11/01 ed era stato richiesto il 07/01. Dal giorno 11/01 la situazione sembra bloccata. Vi chiedo aiuto perché come confermato dall’assistenza il mio account e i prelievi risultano ok quindi per me questo ritardo è ingiustificato e mi sta creando problemi proprio perché ho altri prelievi da fare e con queste tempistiche l’esperienza non è delle migliori.
