Thank you very much for your feedback and for reviewing my case.

I understand that the maximum stake rule is included in the bonus terms and conditions. However, I would like to emphasize that in my case, this was a one-time occurrence.

All my other bets were well below the allowed limit. The higher bet resulted solely from using the Buy Feature function, which was available in the game without any warning or restrictions.

At no point was I informed that using this feature constitutes a violation or could lead to the complete confiscation of all profits.

Additionally, I would like to point out that in many other casinos the Buy Feature function is either blocked or technically restricted during an active bonus. However, this was not the case in this casino, so it was not apparent to me that I was violating any rules.

I therefore consider it disproportionate and not consumer-friendly that a single action without warning leads to all profits being withheld.

In my view, at least a partial payment or a more lenient solution would be appropriate in this case.

I therefore ask you once again to examine my case from this perspective and assess whether a fairer solution is possible.
