Hello, I would like to begin by stating that I suffer from a gambling addiction. I've deposited €3000 on the casino needforspin25.com in just a few days. I discovered that this casino is illegal in Italy as it doesn't have an AAMS license. I also found out that the needforspin.com site was blocked by ADM, and needforspin25.com was created to continue operating illegally and accepting bets from Italy. I have requested a refund of 75% of the amounts I deposited because, first, I requested self-exclusion via chat, and the response was that it could only be requested by email at [email protected] with my nickname and identification document attached. Had it been activated immediately, I wouldn't have deposited all that money. Second, I bet much more money than I could afford (again, I suffer from a gambling addiction). Third, they cannot operate and accept bets from Italy, and they have violated Italian laws by even creating a subdomain. I am not asking for a 100% refund as I didn't comply with the casino's terms of service. I'm requesting a refund of 75% of the deposits, bet, and lost, totaling €2250, because the casino also did not adhere to the terms and laws of the Italian State.

Ho richiesto il rimborso del 75% delle somme da me depositate perché punto primo avevo richiesto l’autoesclusione via chat e la risposta è stata che poteva esser richiesta solo tramite e-mail all’indirizzo [email protected] con allegato nickname e documento d’identità, se fosse stata attivata immediatamente non avrei depositato tutti quei soldi, punto secondo ho scommesso molti più soldi di quello che potevo (ripeto soffro di ludopatia), punto terzo non possono operare e accettare scommesse dall’Italia e hanno violato le leggi dello Stato Italiano creando persino un sottodominio. Non chiedo il rimborso del 100% in quando non ho rispettato i termini di servizio del casinò, chiedo il rimborso del 75% dei depositi, scommessi e persi per un totale di 2250€ perché anche il casinò non ha rispettato i termini e le leggi dello Stato Italiano.

I requested self-exclusion via chat, the response was that I had to send the request via email with nickname and ID, I didn't do it and continued playing, if I had been self-excluded when requested in chat I wouldn't have continued to deposit money and lose it, it wasn't a request where ID or sending an email was essential, on sites self-exclusion can be activated by simply going to self-exclusion, this casino does everything to delay any request making them cumbersome to continue depositing money. Given the problem of gambling addiction that cannot be controlled, this whole scheme is done without caring about people's problems and illnesses, with the sole intent of earning on the backs of people with problems.

Volevo precisa anche che, durante le mie giocate ho vinto una somma di 2000€ ho richiesto 3 depositi da 500€ (visto il limite di 1500€ settimanali, che dopo 2 giorni erano ancora in attesa e si potevano annullare, ho giocato i 500€, annullato i prelievi e giocato anche i 1500€, anche questo fatto con lo scopo di rigiocarli e caso strano la slot non pagava più e dava bonus con vincite di poco conto. Visto il problema della ludopatia che non ci si riesce a controllare, tutto questo schema è fatto fregandosene dei problemi e malattie delle persone, con il solo intento di guadagnare sulle spalle delle persone con problemi.
