Hello, I made a withdrawal of €500 on October 27, 2025, at 8:55 PM. I had previously deposited €100 with a 50% bonus. The maximum withdrawal with the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. After fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements, I had over €500 in my account. I then played it down to €500, as that was the maximum withdrawal amount with the bonus, and requested a withdrawal. The terms and conditions state that a withdrawal usually takes 0-24 hours. Only if identity verification is required can it take up to 72 hours, according to the terms and conditions. Since my account is fully verified, this is not the case for me, but even if it were, we would have already exceeded the 72-hour limit.

Hallo, ich habe am 27.10.2025 um 20:55 eine Auszahlung von 500€ getätigt. Ich hab zuvor mit einem 50% Bonus 100€ eingezahlt. Die maximale Auszahlung mit Bonus ist der 10-fache Bonusbetrag. Ich hatte nach Umsetzen des Bonus über 500€ am Konto, habe auf 500€ runtergespielt da das der maximale Azuszahlungsbetrag mit dem Bonus war und habe eine Auszahlung angefordert. In den Agbs steht dass eine Auszahlung für gewöhnlich 0-24 stunden dauert. Lediglich wenn eine Personenidentifizierung nötig ist kann es laut agbs bis zu 72 Stunden dauern. Da mein Konto vollständig verifiziert ist, ist dies bei mir nicht der Fall, doch selbst wenn dem so wäre, hätten wir mittlerweile die 72 stunden überschritten.
