I have the Emerald VIP status which states that my payouts are processed within 24 hours, but now it's almost 48 hours.

I have already made over 10 withdrawals there, each 3-4 times the amount, and there have never been any problems.

Now they're stalling me, saying there could be delays and they'll forward it to the relevant department, which in my opinion is just copied text generated to simply stall for time. Please help.

ich habe dort schon bestimmt über 10 Auszahlungen in 3-4 fachet Höhe ausgezahlt wo es nie Probleme hab.

jetzt aber halten die mich hin und sagen mir es kann angeblich zu Verzögerungen kommen und sie würden das an die zuständige Abteilung weiter leiten was meiner Meinung nach einfach nur kopierte Texte sind die generiert wurden um einfach nur Zeit zu zögern. Bitte um Hilfe

I've been there for a long time, my KYC verification is complete, and my last 10 or so withdrawals never took longer than 24 hours. The withdrawals were never as low as they are now (400 euros). It always says the same thing, even though my VIP status says 24 hours. There's no rule about 3 business days for me. As soon as I received an email confirming the withdrawal was processed, the money was immediately in my account. It's NEVER BEEN like this before.

Ch bin dort sehe lange und durchgehen KYC verifiziert und meine letzten mindestens 10 Auszahlungen hat es nie länger als 24 Stunden gedauert die Auszahlungen wahren nie so niedrig wie jetzt ( 400 Euro ) es wird immer das selbe geschrieben obwohl mein VIP Status sagt 24 Stunden da gibt’s bei mir keine Reglung vonwegen 3 Werktage sobald ich eine E-Mail vonwegen Auszahlung ist durch erhalten habe war das Geld direkt auf den Konto NIE IST DAS SO WIE JETZT GEWESEN
