I requested my first withdrawal of €500 on October 1st, but it was then cancelled for no reason. Out of anger, I used the amount again after the cancellation, and now I'm left with €10,000 and I haven't received the money.

I haven't received any information from the casino other than that the money will be paid out within 5 business days, but now it's been 6 and nothing has happened.

I need your help please!

ich habe am 1.10 meine erste Auszahlung über 500€ beantragt, diese wurde dann ohne Grund storniert aus Wut habe ich nach der Stornierung den Betrag dann nochmals eingesetzt, und nun stehe ich mit 10.000€ da und bekomme das Geld nicht ausgezahlt.

Ich erhalte keine Informationen seitens dem Casino außer, dass das Geld innerhalb 5 Werktagen ausgezahlt jetzt sind es aber schon 6 und es ist immernoch nichts passiert.

Ich brauche bitte eure Hilfe!

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
