I've been waiting for my winnings payout since March 24, 2026 – one €500 and one €30. I've tried contacting them multiple times via live chat and email, but I only receive standard replies. No one is helping me. Apparently, it's with the tax authorities, but even there, nothing is happening. I'm also having problems with another casino, Cleobetra; the two casinos are the same. There, too, the payout is over €800, and nothing has happened since March 24, 2026 – the same standard replies, etc., etc. I've even threatened to file a complaint, but it's being completely ignored.

Ich warte seit dem 24.03.26 auf meine Gewinnauszahlung einmal 500 € und einmal 30€. Ich habe es mehrfach über den Live Chat versucht und auch per Email, aber es kommen nur Standardtexte. Geholfen wird mir nicht. Angeblich liegt es bei der Finanzverwaltung, aber auch da geht es nicht weiter. Ich habe zudem mit noch einem Casino Probleme, Cleobetra, die beiden Casinos sind ein und dasselbe. Da geht es über 800€ auch da ab 24.3.26 geht es nicht weiter, die selben Standardsprüche usw usw. Auch habe ich schon mit einer Anzeige gedroht, aber dass wird total ignoriert
