On June 18th, 19th, and 28th, 2026, I requested payouts of €500, €300, and €215 respectively. Despite repeated inquiries, I received the same response each time, but nothing has changed. The payouts are still pending, and my money simply hasn't been released.

A previous withdrawal worked weeks ago. Therefore, it shouldn't be due to a lack of verification.

What else can be done here?

Ich habe am 18.06.2026, 19.06.2026 und 28.06.2026 jeweils eine Auszahlung von jeweils 500€, 300€, 215€ beantragt. Auf erneutes nachfragen habe ich immer wieder dieselbe Antwort bekommen aber es hat sich nichts getan. Die Auszahlung steht immer noch mit dem Status pending und mein Geld wird einfach nicht ausgezahlt.

Eine vorherige Auszahlung hat vor Wochen funktionieren. Daher sollte es nicht an einer fehlenden Verifizierung liegen.

Was kann hier noch getan werden?
