Παρόλο που το παράπονό μου δεν είχε επιλυθεί προηγουμένως, θα ήθελα να παραπονεθώ ότι αυτό το καζίνο μπλόκαρε τον λογαριασμό μου εκείνη την εποχή και εξακολουθεί να είναι μπλοκαρισμένος!
Δεδομένου ότι οι καταγγελίες ακυρώθηκαν τόσο από τον γκουρού όσο και από άλλες οντότητες, θα έπρεπε να είχαν στείλει ένα email στο [email protected] μέχρι τώρα, κάτι που δεν έχει συμβεί μέχρι σήμερα.
Η υποστήριξη δεν έχει απαντήσει και φυσικά δεν έχουν δώσει κανέναν βάσιμο λόγο για τον αποκλεισμό του λογαριασμού.
Το τελευταίο μήνυμα που έλαβα ήταν στο:
3 Σεπτεμβρίου.
Στέλνω αρκετά email στην υποστήριξη και δεν παίρνω απάντηση.

Apesar da minha reclamação não ter sido resolvida anteriormente quero apresentar reclamação que este casino bloqueou a minha conta na altura e até agora a mesma está bloqueada !
Uma vez que as reclamações foram canceladas tanto pelo guru como por outra entidades, já deviam ter mandado algum e-mail pelo [email protected] o que não aconteceu até à data.
O suporte não responde, e claro não apresentaram argumentos válidos para terem bloqueado a conta .
A ultima mensagem que recebi foi no dia :
3 de Setembro.
Mando vários e-mails para o suporte e não obtenho resposta.
