Durante todo este processo, sofri elevados níveis de ansiedade e stress, tendo inclusive ficado de baixa médica e recorrido a cuidados hospitalares, conforme documentação já anexada. Atualmente, encontro-me sob medicação devido às consequências desta situação.
Diante de todos os factos expostos, reitero que este caso não se encontra resolvido. Solicito uma indenização no valor de 5.000 EUR pelos danos e transtornos causados, bem como um esclarecimento formal sobre a alegação de pagamento de 12.000 EUR.
Lamento ter de insistir neste assunto, mas sinto-me lesada, e considero que houve falhas graves no cumprimento das vossas próprias políticas, bem como práticas que considero inadequadas.
