Στις 17 και 18 έκανα δύο αναλήψεις των €500 η καθεμία από το προαναφερθέν καζίνο, οι οποίες δεν έχουν πιστωθεί ακόμη στον λογαριασμό μου.
Και οι δύο αναλήψεις πραγματοποιήθηκαν χωρίς σχετικό μπόνους και εκκρεμούν από εκείνη την ημερομηνία.
Ο λογαριασμός μου έχει επικυρωθεί σε αυτό το καζίνο από την αρχή και έχω κάνει ακόμη και προηγούμενες αναλήψεις χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Η μέθοδος κατάθεσής μου είναι πάντα μέσω mbway και η ανάληψη γίνεται πάντα μέσω τραπεζικής μεταφοράς. Αυτή τη φορά δεν ξέρω τι συμβαίνει και μου το κάνουν αυτό.

No passado dia 17 e 18 fiz dois levantamentos de 500€ cada neste casino acima mencionado que ainda não foram creditados na conta.
Ambos os levantamentos foram efetuados sem ter bónus associado e mantêm -se pendentes desde essa data.
Eu tenho a conta validada nesse casino desde o início tendo inclusivamente feito levantamentos anteriores sem problem nenhum . O meu método de depósito é sempre por mbway e o levantamento é sempre por transferência bancária. Desta vez não sei o que se passa para eles me estarem a fazer isto.
Já falei varias vezes no chat e as respostas são sempre iguais. Lamentam lamentam mas não têm qualquer alternativa. Dizem sempre a mesma coisa . Anexo os dois levantamentos pendentes
