But back to Neon Casino, where I registered via FunID, which automatically transfers my data for subsequent casino registrations. It always worked and there were never any issues, yet the system managed to register my father as a casino player. In the chat, I was told I needed to verify my documents again, which I did. But there was no response. Back in the chat, after some consultation, they said I needed to provide a selfie with my ID card. I told them the truth: a corner of my ID card was broken off, about half a square centimeter in size, which they would never accept, even if it were just the size of a pinhead, they'd have a pretext. My white lie: I couldn't take an acceptable photo/selfie because my screen was cracked and a fissure ran right through the lens. The response: I should get another phone somewhere. What a know-it-all...tsk! They can't be held responsible, I'm not about to. By the way, a stupid ID card costs €60, and from application to issuance, it would take until next year if I applied for one. So, not exactly casino payout-friendly from my perspective, just from theirs, of course. I wanted to make it clear to them that there had to be a solution for this too. I then had to contact their support, who suddenly wrote to me asking why I even wanted to verify my identity. There was currently no reason to do so, I assume referring to my FunID verification; what else could they possibly mean? If it should become necessary at some point, they would request the documents again. Great, round two, so it might all start over again. As for my withdrawal, there's been absolutely no progress to this day. They apologize profusely, but they can't seem to give a straight answer. Well, what do I expect? But another question I've noticed: how come the time has expired in the window where it says "waiting for a response from Casino Guru"? Are they specifically waiting for a promised statement from Neon54? Or what's the reason for that?

This new complaint is directed against Bitkingz Casino, assuming they acknowledge it as a complaint, as usual. The fact is, I find it questionable when you're offered a bonus that, after activation, appears to be approved, you make the deposit, but the bonus is nowhere to be found. But the main thing is, you've already deposited; rarely do you withdraw the money in such a case. So, the only option left is the live chat, but since most people, out of sheer laziness, don't want to bother with requests like providing a screenshot, or being told they have to contact support to get the bonus anyway, I'd rather not bother. I deposited €50 into the casino, didn't claim a bonus, and within a few minutes, the matter was settled, as my money was already gone. I was just about to leave the casino when I saw an instant balance of a mere 0.58 cents. Just a quick reminder, my €50 were gone in no time, so what could I possibly achieve with €0.58 per spin? I switched to the game Sweet Rush 1000, placed my €0.58 bet, and increased it to €0.20. The first €0.20 came back empty, but then, on the next and final spin, the three scatter symbols landed, triggering 10 free spins. After the free spins ended, I was left with an unbelievable €133 balance. Hooray! But that wasn't all. During my playing time, I managed to win €1200, and by the end of the night, I still had €950 left, which I wanted to withdraw. So I did, but then I received a message from the casino that the withdrawal had been canceled. The reason given was "Others." Hmm, am I supposed to understand what "Others" means? Well, first I had to find out what these €0.58 per spin even were and where they came from. Explanation: These are daily cashback funds that are only calculated in conjunction with actual real money deposits and are immediately available, something they are apparently quite proud of. The requirements (see photo) are a 20x wagering requirement; you can click on the (I) icon in the upper right corner for further information.

Hat immer funktioniert und gab auch keinerlei Zweifel, dennoch hat das System es geschafft, meinen Vater als Casinospieler zu registrieren. Im Chat wird mir gesagt, ich müsse mich nochmals mit meinen Dokumenten verifizieren, habe ich auch gemacht. Kommt aber keine Antwort. Wieder im Chat, müsse ich nach Rücksprache ein Selfie mit Personalausweis bringen. Ihnen sage ich die Wahrheit, an meinem Personalausweis ist eine Ecke abgebrochen, etwa einen halben Quadratzentimeter groß, was die niemals akzeptieren würden, selbst nur Stecknadelkopf groß, hätten sie ihren Aufhänger. Notlüge von mir: Ich kann kein akzeptables Foto/Selfie machen, da mein Display gesprungen ist und ein Riss genau durch die Linse verläuft. Antwort: Ich soll mir irgendwo ein anderes Handy organisieren. So ein Schlaubi-Schlumpf..tzzzz!!! Die können wohl nicht dafür, einen Teufel werde ich tun. Übrigens, so ein doofer Personalausweis kostet 60 € und vom Antrag bis zur Aushändigung, würde es sich bis ins nächstes Jahr hinziehen, wenn ich ihn beantragen würde. Also nicht Casino Auszahlungs-freundlich aus meiner Sicht, nur aus deren Sicht, versteht sich. Habe denen klarmachen wollen, dass es auch dafür eine Lösung geben muss. Musste mich dann mit deren Support in Verbindung setzen, die mir plötzlich schrieben, warum ich mich überhaupt verifizieren will, es besteht derzeit keine Veranlassung dazu, denke in Bezug auf meine FunID Verifizierung, was sonst sollte wohl damit gemeint sein. Wenn es dennoch irgendwann erforderlich sein sollte, würden sie die Dokumente nochmals anfordern. Na toll, Runde 2,  also wieder evtl. alles von vorne. Was aber meine Auszahlung angeht, keinerlei Fortkommen bis heute. Die entschuldigen sich bis der Arzt kommt, aber mit einer klaren Aussage kommen sie nicht herüber. Tja, was erwarte ich auch schon, dass würde ja nicht zu deren tatsächlichen Absichten passen, meiner Meinung nach.

Aber mal eine andere Frage, was mir aufgefallen ist, wie kommt es, das die Zeit abgelaufen ist, in dem Fenster, wo es heißt, auf Antwort von Casino Guru warten. Warten sie gezielt auf eine angekündigte Stellungnahme von Neon54 ? Oder was hat es damit auf sich?

Diese neue Beschwerde richtet sich gegen das Bitkingz Casino, wenn sie es als Beschwerde wie immer auch anerkennen. Fakt ist, ich finde es fragwürdig, wenn man einen Bonus angeboten bekommt, der nach dem aktivieren, als genehmigt suggeriert wird, man tätigt die Einzahlung, aber der Bonus ist nirgendwo zu finden. Aber die Hauptsache, man hat schon mal eingezahlt, selten lässt man sich in solch einem Falle das Geld wieder auszahlen. Also bleibt nur der Live-Chat, da man sich aber auch mit den Forderungen, wie ein Screenshot, meist aus Bequemlichkeit nicht mehr aussetzen will, oder zu erfahren, sich mit dem Support in Verbindung setzen zu müsse, um den Bonus doch noch zu bekommen, verzichte ich lieber darauf. Ich habe im Casino 50 € eingezahlt, keinen Bonus in Anspruch genommen und in ein paare Minuten hatte sich der Fall auch schon wieder erledigt, da mein Geld auch schon wieder verspielt war. Wollte auch gerade das Casino verlassen, da sah ich ein Instants Guthaben von sage und schreibe 0,58 Cent. Kurze Erinnerung, meine 50 € waren schnell verspielt, was soll ich dann schon mit 0,58 ©ent erreichen. Bin zum Spiel Sweet Rush 1000 setze die 0,58 Cent ein und spiele auf 0,20 Cent, die ersten 0,20 Cent nichts, dann beim kommenden, letzten Spiel, laufen die 3 Scatter ein, mit 10 Freispielen, wo ich nach Ablauf der Freispiele, auf ein unfassbares Guthaben von 133 € schauen konnte. Juhuu, damit aber nicht genug, während meiner Spielzeit, habe ich es auf 1200 € gebracht, als die Nacht um war, hatte ich noch 950 €, die ich mir dann Auszahlen lassen wolle. Gesagt getan, kam irgendwann eine Nachricht vom Casino, die Gewinnauszahlung wurde storniert, der Grund seien „Andere" Hmm, muss ich das jetzt verstehen, wie „Andere"? Na ja, erst einmal musste ich mich schlau machen, was und woher diese 0,58 Cent überhaupt kommen. Auflösung: Es sind Tages- Cashback Gelder, die nur in Verbindung mit wirklichen Echtgeldeinzahlungen berechnet werden und unmittelbar zur Verfügung stehen, wo sie wohl fast Beispiellos stolz darauf sind. Hello, my main concern is that, in my opinion, players are led to believe that once the bonus requirements are met, the winnings will be converted into real money. Furthermore, and this sounds rather morbid, the player is even wished good luck in achieving high winnings. However, these high winnings are effectively limited to ten times the bonus amount. This instant cashback bonus usually involves amounts far below €5. The player is simply unable to achieve high winnings, as ten times the bonus amount is practically only €20. It's a slap in the face to wish someone good luck when I know they'll ultimately have any winnings over €20 canceled. It's a complete contradiction. Normally, you'd call it ripping people off. If this also falls under account problems, then I agree that they still exist.

Diese hohen Gewinne sind aber übergeordnet auf das zehnfache des Bonusgeldes reduziert. Bei diesem Instants Cashbackbonus handelt es sich meist um Beträge, die weit unterhalb von 5 Euro liegen. Der Spieler ist gar nicht in der Lage, hohe Gewinne zu erzielen, da der zehnfache Betrag gerade mal in der Praxis bei 20 € liegt. Das ist für mich ein Schlag ins Gesicht, wenn man dann noch einen viel Glück wünscht, hohe Gewinne zu erzielen, wenn ich weiß, er bekommt alles über 20 € als Gewinn am Ende storniert. Ein Wiederspruch hoch zehn. Leute verarschen, würde man normal dazu sagen. Wenn das auch unter Kontoproblemen fällt, dann stimme ich ihnen zu, dass sie weiterhin noch bestehen.

Die 50 € wurden von mir letztlich verspielt. Habe dann gesehen, dass 0.58 Cent Bonus Cashback Guthaben insgesamt aufgebaut wurden. Die ich dann aktiviert habe. Schlussendlich daraus 950 Gewinn erzielt. Die Umsatzanforderungen liegen beim 20 fachen Einsatz. Die waren natürlich längst erfüllt. Incidentally, to earn the €4.98 bonus credit, I played continuously all night with a stake of €1.40. This really illustrates the scale of what I would have had to deposit and lose to reach €4.98. There's a world of difference between that and the casino offering another chance to roughly recoup the losses.

I was simply waiting for your prompt response, which I find exemplary. The term "exemplary" is my cue, because this has absolutely nothing to do with it in my opinion. The facts speak for themselves (see screenshot and other information). I am, of course, aware that each bonus has different requirements. This information can either be found directly in the bonus window or accessed via an information button. The reason for this design could be a lack of space, but I'd rather not comment on that.

According to the bonus activation terms and conditions, all required criteria were met. All the requirements I was aware of were clearly listed, and I saw no reason to wade through the casino's intricacies, as everything important was readily apparent. Therefore, it was clear to me that I should consider the remaining amount as my real money winnings and use it.

There's also an information button in the bonus window. What does a seasoned player do when another info button suddenly appears, to avoid any unpleasant surprises? They read the information carefully. The content here refers to the instant bonus (vault bonus), which can only be used in conjunction with a real-money deposit. We are assured that our balance is available in real time at all times, unlike with other providers.

Now comes the remarkable part: It's mentioned that these small amounts could be what leads to a big win. This implies that players are given the chance to win big through the bonus. This makes me believe I can still win big. But even if the probability is high, my winnings will ultimately be reduced to €0.58 x 10, as in my case – three pieces of evidence of deception. The third piece of evidence comes when the bonus funds are converted into real money after fulfilling the wagering requirements. These requirements have already been emphasized several times. So there's no reason to fight your way through the casino jungle.

Zweifellos heben diese ihnen bekannten zusätzlichen Anforderungen die Möglichkeit eines Großgewinns auf und reduzieren den Betrag auf das Zehnfache des eingesetzten Tresorgeldes, also auf weniger als einen Euro. Das empfinde ich als unverschämt. Die ständige kackenfreche Andeutung, dass man einen Großgewinn erzielen könne, während einem gleichzeitig die Möglichkeiten genommen werden, ist eine vorsätzliche Irreführung aus wirtschaftlicher Gier. Mir ist klar, soviele werden eh nicht bis zur Gewinnauszahlung kommen, wo kein kläger

Ich habe tatsächlich wieder 850 Euro an Guthaben erreicht, aber ich bezweifle, dass dies aus Mitleid geschah und darum von ihnen der rote Gewinnknopf gedrückt wurde. Habe ich diese 800€ wieder großzügig eingesetzt und verloren. Dabei hatte ich das Gefühl, die ganze Situation wie in einem Film zu erleben.

Wenn ich meine Erfahrungen nur auf Vermutungen aufgebaut hätte, hätte ich es dabei belassen.

It's probably impossible to do anything about it, though. I registered at Pandazino27 Casino. I activated the first deposit bonus (see screenshot). It's just like Bitkingz Casino: it prominently displays "1st Deposit Bonus" at the top, and underneath, they wish the player a big win. Which is another slap in the face.
